Passes available: $90 for 10 classes.
Private sessions and one-on-one yoga available by request. Fees for private yoga vary depending on which teacher and length of time. Average cost per hour is $60 plus travel. Call or email for more information.

Build stamina and strength, poise and grace in this combination of Iyengar, Ashtanga and Vinyasa HATHA YOGA designed to center, balance, and unite the breath with the movement of the body, and let the mind take a back seat for an hour. Please arrive ready to move your body from standing to the floor. This is a great class for Beginners!

YOGA BUILD Build your practice, Build your Confidence, Love your yoga! Whether you are new to yoga or seeking to grow in an established practice, this class will offer space and support for you to build your Asana poses from a stabilized core, protecting your joints as you gain strength, flexibility, stamina, and balance. YogaBuild starts with warm up moves and ends with some meditative breathing explorations and Savasana. This class will give you the opportunity to gain greater awareness of your body, your breathing, and your internal dialog. Be prepared to move and also still feel peaceful and grounded. All levels welcome.
YOGA FOR BODY AWARENESS: Learn the fundamentals of a yoga practice, centering, balancing effort with ease, breathing, focus, increasing strength and flexibility in a friendly, fun, environment. All levels welcome. Please be able to move from standing, to the floor and back up. Beginners welcome!
CHAIR YOGA: Practice yoga safely in a chair. Move the joints in their full range of motion, move and strengthen muscles, practice balance and bi-lateral stimulation and deepen respiration through focusing on the breath. A wonderful class. Chair yoga is excellent for those who have difficulty getting up and down from the floor. This is a most challenging class! Beginners Welcome!

Move the joints in their full range of motion, tone and strengthen muscles, practice balance and bi-lateral stimulation and deepen respiration through focusing on the breath. Must be able to go from standing to the floor and back to standing unassisted. Great for Beginners!! A wonderful class.
